Product materials and craftsmanship
The materials can be chosen from: zinc alloy (the main one used), copper (more expensive), / stainless steel / iron, with gold/gold-plated/silver/antique gold coating on the surface.
Product manufacturing process:
Pressing/Stamping: Mold integration for one-piece molding, with strong three-dimensional effect, suitable for complex patterns
Commonly used coloring/UV printing/laser engraving: Generally, the coloring is done by machines, with high coloring efficiency and quick production time. Nowadays, manual coloring, UV printing, and transfer printing processes are less used. These can be selected according to the requirements of the product.
Dripping glue/Sanding: The surface is a dripping glue transparent process as a protective layer or frosted texture for the product, enhancing visual layers and the plasticity of the product.
Slide rail/rotary structure: Some sports medals also prefer to have the function of rotation, or a specific sandy or glittering effect like glitter powder.
Below is a brief introduction to the production process of the metal running medal:
Design → Mold making → Casting → Electroplating → Coloring (if printing is involved) → Packaging
